My dream came true - I made my exhibition "Zeroing Height" on top of the highest mountain in Europe. It was very difficult, crazy, but fantastically beautiful! I am happy, proud and incredibly inspired!
I was always worried about the topic of overcoming myself, my physical abilities and overcoming myself as an author. For me, this means a process of constant self-improvement and personal growth.
Climbing Elbrus is associated with gigantic physical exertion in extreme conditions of rarefied air (mountain sickness), low temperatures and changeable weather. Every year people die on the mountain.
It was important for me to display my state and present it at the top. This is a very personal experience that is not a continuation of my previous artistic practices. This is an attempt to nullify one's previous experience, an attempt to look at oneself from completely different circumstances.
